2020/2021學年義大利預註冊程序 自2020/2021學年起，欲註冊義大利綜合類大學之學生，需先登錄Universitaly 網站填寫資料完成預註冊申請。學生於完成上述步驟並且取得義大利大學錄取通知之後，再進一步預約提出簽證申請。 申請簽證時，除了遞交學生簽證所需文件之外，申請者還需提供義大利大學確認生效之 “預註冊系統平台生成的預註冊申請表 (Riepilogo)”，並出示經公證人公證之畢業證書正本(文件認證程序)。如果您所申請的大學要求提供同等學歷證明 (Dichiarazione di Valore)，則需另外向本處申請該文件。 欲註冊2020/2021學年藝術音樂類高等院校AFAM、SSML和ITS機構的學生，則需要親自至本辦事處申請預註冊，並繳交下列文件(送件前須事先預約-領事組)： 1. 預註冊申請表(Form A) 2. 兩寸白底證件照2張 3. 護照正本及影本 4. 義大利院校錄取通知書 (如已經取得) 5. 台灣學校核發之英文版畢業證書以及成績單 (經公證人公證) 6. 語文檢定證明 (如學校要求)
