Italian Economic, Trade and Cultural Promotion Office in Taipei (IETCPO) provides assistance to individual citizens, public bodies and private companies in all fields between Italy and Taiwan related to trade, culture and science.
The Office offers a variety of services include visa handling, consular functions, contacts with local Authorities and support to companies and industries both Italian, that wish to invest or export in Taiwan, or Taiwanese with interests in Italy.
The Office issues passports and certificates to Italian nationals, links with all Italian administrations that deal with vital records, registry office, shipping and maritime proceedings, we are also in charge of procedures related to enrollment in Italian educational institutions of all grades and levels and issues validations of transcripts and of academic degrees and diplomas.
The Head of the Office is First Counsellor Mr. Marco Lombardi who took up his duties on July 1st, 2024.
He is assisted by Mr. Robert Della Sala, in charge for Consular Affair and Visas.
In trade matters the Office also avails itself of the activity of Italian Trade Agency (ITA/ICE), headed by Mr. Enrico Condemi who took up his duties on July 12, 2021.
